Stanley L. MeyerStan focuses on sophisticated estate planning, charitable planning, and estate and trust administration. Stan also concentrates on long-term planning for elders and individuals with disabilities, including nursing home care financing and Medicaid eligibility and compliance. Prior to joining Megan & O'Shea, Stan practiced for several years at the Boston office of Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, and in New York City. Stan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Stan is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Planned Giving Group of New England, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Stan is a Trustee of the Arthritis Foundation, Massachusetts chapter. |
