Stan has been advising individuals, couples and families for over twenty years in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection, and federal and state estate taxation. Stan works closely with his clients and their other professional advisors to design, implement and monitor estate plans which address estate, tax, long-term care and retirement planning objectives and goals. Stan develops plans that take into account not only tax and wealth succession issues, but also the individual attributes of beneficiaries and his clients’ values regarding the inheritance of wealth. Stan advises clients on elder law and planning for persons with disabilities, including Medicaid and long-term care and nursing home planning.
Stan began his estate planning career in New York City, and, after relocating to Massachusetts in 2004, practiced for several years at the Boston office of Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP.
Stan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
Stan has lectured extensively with bar and business organizations, and he is a member of several local and national estate planning and bar associations.
